3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Handling requests and quotes — to process your submitted request and prepare a response or commercial quote. Legal basis — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Entering into and performing contracts — if cooperation develops into a contractual relationship. Legal basis — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with the following processors, who process it on our behalf and according to our instructions:
- Form delivery service provider — the website's request form is technically submitted through a third-party service (FormSubmit), which forwards the request data to our specified email address. Data is not retained on this service's servers any longer than necessary to deliver the message.
- Website hosting provider — Hostinger, on whose servers the website is hosted.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — currently not active. Will only be used once you give explicit consent via the cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy.
Some of the service providers listed above may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g. the USA). In such cases, the data transfer relies on the safeguards applied by these providers (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
5. Data retention period
We retain request and correspondence data for as long as necessary to process the request and pursue possible cooperation, and afterwards for up to a further 2 years, unless a longer period is required by applicable law (e.g. accounting requirements, if the data becomes part of a contract or accounting records). Once the retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of data ("the right to be forgotten"), where legally possible;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, contact us at lukas@ebresa.lt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI), vdai.lrv.lt, if you believe your data is being processed in breach of GDPR requirements.
7. Data security
We implement reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Only employees who need it to perform their duties have access to the data.
8. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business clients (B2B) and is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
